THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In the case where the signing of a contract for the purchase happen away from business premises, the sale in question is subject to the D. Lgs n. 50 of 15/01/1992 and subsequent amendments made from art. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005, which provides for the possibility, on the part of purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal.

So in this case includes distance purchases made by telephone or via the Internet whether they are delivered to your home or picked up at the registered office of the company, or at a point of presence on the territory.

The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons (consumers) acting for purposes that are unrelated to their commercial activity. They are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal, purchases made by retailers and companies.

WHAT IS

The consumer has the right, within a period of 14 working days from receipt of the goods, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This right is the right to return the purchased goods to the seller 1, and the resulting refund of the purchase price, which is understood as the net amount paid for the good excluding additional costs such as packaging, labour, transport, taxes of cash on delivery. In particular, the consumer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must send to the shop in question informed within 14 days from the date of signing of the order, in the case where the Contract has for object the supply of Services, or from the date of receipt of the Products, whichever is the later, in the case where the Contract has for object the supply of products. To exercise the right of withdrawal (right to return the product in its integrity, within 10 days from the purchase), the user must connect online to its reserved area on the website www.brancaccioshop.com and make the return request. This request will be managed and assessed by customer service. If authorized, the customer will receive a template of RMA you wish to print and attach to the package being returned. The return costs will be borne by the customer and the carrier will be chosen by him. N. b: the data that will be returned, must match the one that placed the order.

The consumer must also return the goods to the Brancaccio Shop, Via Adolfo Omodeo, 50 80128 Naples, unopened products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the merchandise together with the shipping note. The shipping costs will be charged to the consumer. Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of the withdrawal or from the date of receipt of the returned products, the store will reimburse the customer the amounts already paid to the exclusion of the incidental expenses (packing, labor, transport, taxes of cash on delivery). In the case where the Contract has for object the supply of Services, the right of withdrawal can not be exercised in relation to services already performed. In the Case where the Contract has for object the supply of Products, the right of withdrawal will be approved only if the original wrapping d packaging have not been opened and has not been removed or damaged, any label certifying the integrity of the product.

2. in case of partial withdrawal, item number/s;
3. banking coordinates on which to obtain the transfer (Cod. ABI - CAB - Current Account holder of the invoice).


HOW TO RETURN THE GOODS

To obtain authorisation to return the goods, you need to write a mail to info@brancaccioshop.com. After you have obtained the authorization code from the operator, carefully pack the materials in order to protect the original covers of products from any damage, written or affixing of labels.
