ORDERS Purchasing from Brancaccio Shop is a simple and secure process. The Customer must view the collections, choose the product, and order its shipment. The online store offers clothing and accessories from the best international fashion brands. Thanks to Brancaccio Shop's exclusive service and unmistakable style, shopping will transform into a unique experience. To browse the offerings, simply select a CATEGORY and discover the selection of products from leading Italian and international brands offered by Brancaccio Shop. Each product is accompanied by a descriptive sheet detailing the model, price, composition, sizes, and colors.

By clicking ADD TO CART, the desired item is placed in a virtual shopping bag, allowing you to continue browsing other pages of the site, awaiting order confirmation. At any time, you can add new purchases or, using the REMOVE ITEM function, exclude those already selected. Clicking on the SHOPPING BAG link will show the prices of the individual items purchased and the total amount of the order, which is still partial and unconfirmed. Thanks to the WISHLIST feature, you can create a list of your favorite items while shopping, which will be stored in a reserved space, allowing you to review them whenever you wish. Once you have made your selection, simply add the chosen items directly to the cart.

With SEND ORDER, online shopping comes to an end. If you are already a Brancaccio Shop Customer, simply enter your email and password, and the system will automatically recognize you. If this is your first visit to the Brancaccio Shop online store, you need to register on the site (by clicking on the REGISTRATION link) to enter the data necessary for purchase and shipment. Once registration is complete, the system will store the information, and the Customer will be automatically recognized during subsequent visits.

Products purchased on Brancaccio Shop are sold directly by Brancaccio Shop.

Our commercial policy
1. Brancaccio Shop offers products for sale on Brancaccio Shop and conducts its e-commerce business exclusively with its end-users who are "consumers."
2. When we refer to "consumer," we mean any natural person acting on Brancaccio Shop for purposes unrelated to their commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity, if any. If you are not a "consumer," we invite you to refrain from entering into commercial transactions on Brancaccio Shop.
3. In consideration of its commercial policy, Brancaccio Shop reserves the right not to process orders from subjects other than "consumers" or orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
4. These General Terms of Sale exclusively govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Brancaccio Shop between users of Brancaccio Shop.
5. The General Terms of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than Brancaccio Shop that are present on Brancaccio Shop through links, banners, or other hypertext links.
6. Brancaccio Shop reserves the right to cancel and/or delete any order for any reason (unavailability, inventory error, defective items). Of course, cancellation will be followed by a refund of the entire amount spent; the refund will be made using the same method as the order payment.

1. Only luxury and premium brand products are offered for sale on Brancaccio Shop. These products are purchased directly from carefully selected retailers known for their rigorous quality controls.
Brancaccio Shop sources its products through its current collaboration with Luxury Boutiques spread throughout Italy; thanks to consolidated direct relationships (all authorized retailers).

Goods offered for sale on the Brancaccio Shop website are not obtained exclusively from brand owners, but from authorized retailers. Brancaccio Shop declares that it is not an authorized dealer or agent of the brands sold on the site. All trademarks mentioned on the site are registered trademarks of their respective owners who hold the rights and ownership. The mere mention of such trademarks on the site does not suggest or imply that their respective owners have any affiliation or agreement with the site itself. Most of the brands present on the website and referring to products for sale on Brancaccio Shop are famous brands well-known to the general public and to every user of Brancaccio Shop.

2. Brancaccio Shop does not sell used, irregular, or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on Brancaccio Shop within each product description page. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on Brancaccio Shop may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
4. Product prices may be subject to updates. Please verify the final selling price before submitting your order form. The change in selling price, whether an increase or decrease, is our unquestionable decision and may occur even a few seconds after you place your order.
5. Brancaccio Shop, in case of exercising your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that are missing their respective tags or warranty seals, products that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics, or that have been damaged.
6. As this is a catalog comparable by Law to mail-order sales, Brancaccio Shop reserves the right to cancel orders and/or purchase procedures in case of an error in the publication of prices or items for sale. In this case, the customer will, of course, be refunded for all expenses incurred.
SHIPPING

Shipping is free throughout Italy

Brancaccio Shop ships to Italy and worldwide exclusively via DHL express courier service. All goods shipped by Brancaccio Shop are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Brancaccio Shop will include in the package (or send via e-mail upon request) the invoice detailing the prices of the purchased items.

FREE INSURANCE

Brancaccio Shop is covered by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.

ORDER FULFILLMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Brancaccio Shop, only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be handled the following Tuesday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Brancaccio Shop offers its customers a trackable shipping service at all times, thanks to the service provided by DHL. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time. Alternatively, they can always check the delivery status in real-time in the "My Account" section of the website.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT/TVA is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, not subject to VAT/TVA payment on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): shipment is tentatively scheduled within 5/12 days from the order, depending on the availability of our suppliers, with delivery in the subsequent three working days. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is tentatively scheduled within three/five working days from shipment. Extra-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is tentatively scheduled within 5-7 working days from shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is tentatively scheduled up to 7-10 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery document. If the package appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery document with reservation or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local DHL office and to Brancaccio Shop, by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Brancaccio Shop will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Brancaccio Shop at the Customer's expense. In this case, Brancaccio Shop will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
