Shipments

Shipping is free in Italy for purchases over 100 euros and throughout Europe for purchases over 250 euros.

Brancaccio Shop ships within Italy with GLS and SDA couriers and worldwide exclusively via the UPS express courier service. All goods shipped by Brancaccio Shop are carefully packaged. Along with the shipped goods, Brancaccio Shop will include an invoice in the package, detailing prices and applied discounts, even during sales.

FREE INSURANCE

Brancaccio Shop covers all shipments with free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

All regularly completed and paid orders will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from Brancaccio Shop, (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled on the following Monday.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE

Brancaccio Shop offers its customers a traceable shipping service at all times. The Customer will receive an email confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by the courier, which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipments are made to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary) where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipments are for non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT payment on the purchase price.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are subject to the destination areas of the products. ITALY (DDP): delivery is expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): delivery is expected within three working days of shipment. Extra-EU European Countries (DDU): delivery is expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: delivery is expected up to 5-7 days from shipment with Express Service.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

Upon delivery of the goods, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt. If the packaging appears tampered with or not intact, the Customer may sign the delivery receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local courier office and to Brancaccio Shop by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs necessary for the return of the package to Brancaccio Shop will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Brancaccio Shop at the Customer's expense. In this case, Brancaccio Shop will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
