General Conditions of Sale
Products purchased on Brancaccio Shop are sold directly by Brancaccio Shop, an Italian company, with registered office in Via Adolfo Omodeo 5006529061217.
The offer and sale of products on the Brancaccio Shop website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be updated periodically; those published on Brancaccio Shop and accepted at the time of checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before making a purchase.
Purchase methods
For each product chosen, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with an image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colors of the products offered for sale on Brancaccio Shop may not correspond to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used. Brancaccio Shop is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or its malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their relative price are those indicated on Brancaccio Shop
If, at the time of order, the products are not available, the corresponding size is not displayed.
If, due to simultaneous purchase by different customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent.
Brancaccio Shop may change the products offered for sale on Brancaccio Shop and their relative price at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
The shipping cost is indicated before payment.
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registration and/or creation of a personal Customer account ("register for free"). Please carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are completed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The purchase of products offered for sale on Brancaccio Shop can be made by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who act exclusively on their own behalf.
The sale and/or distribution of products purchased on Brancaccio Shop is prohibited.
Brancaccio Shop reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of received orders.
Brancaccio Shop will notify the customer via e-mail of any inability to accept received orders.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the ordered product, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.
Payment methods
Brancaccio Shop accepts the following payment methods:
Bank Transfer
Credit cards (including prepaid cards, Postepay)
Brancaccio Shop accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Brancaccio Shop – via e-mail – no later than 3 working days from the date of order acceptance.
We will send the ordered items upon crediting of the due amount, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of order acceptance.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via e-mail upon completion of the online order.
Send the transfer receipt via e-mail to the address Brancaccio Shop, specifying in the subject: "Bank transfer receipt - order".
Any other payment methods can only be accepted at the discretion of Brancaccio Shop. For more information and/or clarifications, you can send an email to Brancaccio Shop. The ordered products remain the property of Brancaccio Shop until full payment of their price.
Shipping methods
Information on shipping methods is indicated at the time of purchase, is borne by the customer and is charged to the credit and debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS courier. No shipments are made to post office boxes.
Shipping costs 5 euros, unless promotions, when provided, indicated on the site provide free delivery.
Delivery areas
Products are delivered to the address requested by the Customer (no shipments are made to post office boxes).
