How to make a return
Return costs
Returns are always free: no shipping costs for you and no deductions from your refund. We refund the full amount of the returned items to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Conditions for accepting returns
Items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way. The single-use security seal and the authenticity tag must be perfectly intact, as must all labels, fabric and hanging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, adequately packaged; footwear and accessories must go back in their original box, which must not be damaged or used as outer packaging.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear. Gift cards cannot be returned either. Returns with a cut, detached, removed or tampered security seal cannot be accepted.
Refund times & methods
Once your return is checked you receive a confirmation email; the refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the order (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). Actual crediting times depend on your bank or card scheme.
Size, colour or item exchange
Tell us in your return request which item or size you prefer: we check availability and ship the new item as soon as your return arrives, with no extra shipping costs. For any questions write to eshop@brancaccioshop.com.
Faulty item or wrong shipment
Inspect the parcel on delivery: if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, sign with reservation or refuse the delivery. If an item is faulty or you received the wrong product, write to us right away: the return is free and the replacement or refund is handled with priority. We may ask for a few photos to support the report.
Right of withdrawal
Your statutory right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005) within 14 days of delivery, with no reason required, remains unaffected — and our policy extends it to 30 days with free returns. You can use the withdrawal form available on the site; if you withdraw from the entire order, standard delivery charges are refunded as well.
