Returns

www.brancaccioshop.com aims to ensure the complete satisfaction of its customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. Returns must necessarily be made at the customer's expense and under their responsibility within 14 days of delivery and only provided that the returned items are intact and never used.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send one or more returns to www.brancaccioshop.com, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items sold on the www.brancaccioshop.com website are delivered to the Customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment via a single-use security seal with the www.brancaccioshop.com logo. The garment should be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the security seal. The return will only be accepted with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with its thread or, in the case of some footwear, a label placed on the sole. Returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered with will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed, or treated in any way.
C) - The items must be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and must be adequately packaged and wrapped.
D) - All other labels on the garment, both fabric and hanging, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the item.
E) - Customers wishing to exchange a size, color, or item must email eshop@brancaccioshop.com.
F) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In the event of failure to comply with any of the above conditions, www.brancaccioshop.com reserves the right not to accept the returned merchandise and to send it back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request return authorization, the Customer must send a request to eshop@brancaccioshop.com within 14 days of receiving the goods. The email must specify the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request has been received, the www.brancaccioshop.com customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B - The shipping cost will be borne by the Customer.
Ship the package to www.brancaccioshop.com shipping office Via Adolfo Omodeo 50. Shipping is at the Customer's risk: www.brancaccioshop.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. Items must be returned in the same packaging in which they were received or in the same manner and type thereof. Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a sealing closure for the outer packaging, to guarantee both the Customer and www.brancaccioshop.com against any tampering with the return.
All returned items will be inspected by www.brancaccioshop.com staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. www.brancaccioshop.com reserves the right to evaluate any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of the returned items. These amounts will be determined at the end of the evaluation of the return conditions and communicated to the Customer.

REFUND

If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The due refund will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card), PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal), or bank transfer.
