Payments
Pay as you prefer: card, PayPal, Klarna in 3 instalments, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Every transaction is protected with 3D Secure and your card details never pass through us.
No other forms of payment are accepted. Financial data (card number, expiry, codes) is processed exclusively by the authorised banking circuits and is never in Brancaccio Shop's possession.
How they work
Credit cards & security
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners cards. Every payment carries the extra protection of 3D Secure authentication (Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode): your bank may ask you to confirm in the app or by SMS before authorising the purchase.
Klarna: pay in 3 instalments
With Klarna you can split your order into 3 interest-free instalments, subject to Klarna's conditions and approval requirements. The payment plan and any costs are shown transparently at checkout, before you confirm the order.
PayPal
You can pay with your PayPal account as provided by PayPal: at checkout you are redirected to the secure login and confirm the amount, without sharing any financial data with us.
Bank transfer
If you choose bank transfer, after ordering you receive an email from our customer service with the bank details; the goods are reserved pending payment. Please send us a copy of the transfer receipt within 48 hours of the order confirmation, otherwise the order may be cancelled and the goods put back on sale. Write to eshop@brancaccioshop.com.
Cash on delivery (Italy only)
Cash on delivery is available only for shipments within Italy and carries a €6 surcharge on the order total, shown at checkout. The amount is paid to the courier in cash upon delivery.
Refunds
In case of return or cancellation, the refund is always issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of the return being checked. Returns are always free within 30 days: full details on the returns page.
