Refund policy

At Brancaccio Shop, returns are always free. You have 30 days from delivery to return one or more items from your order: return shipping is entirely on us, via prepaid label, and the refund is full, with no deductions.

Right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Code (Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the product. Our returns policy extends this right to 30 days from delivery, always with free return shipping. In case of multiple deliveries, the period runs from receipt of the last item.

How to request a return

  1. Write to eshop@brancaccioshop.com within 30 days of delivery, stating your order number and the item codes you wish to return (alternatively, you can use the withdrawal form).
  2. Our customer service will send you the return confirmation with the prepaid shipping label and the instructions to follow.
  3. Place the items in their original packaging, attach the label and hand the parcel to the designated courier.

Please do not ship any item before receiving confirmation: unauthorised returns, or parcels shipped independently without our instructions, cannot be accepted.

In-store returns

You can also return or exchange your purchases free of charge at our boutique at Via Adolfo Omodeo 50, 80128 Naples (NA), Monday to Saturday, 10:00 – 13:30 / 16:45 – 20:00, bringing your order confirmation email with you.

Return costs

Returns are always free within 30 days of delivery: shipping is covered by Brancaccio Shop via prepaid label and no amount is deducted from your refund.

Size, colour or item exchange

Exchanges are free: tell us in your return request which item or size you prefer and, subject to availability, we will ship the new item at no additional cost as soon as we receive your return.

Inspection and refund

Once your return is received, the items are inspected and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund is issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal or bank transfer). If you withdraw from the entire order, standard delivery charges are also refunded. Actual crediting times depend on your bank or card scheme.

Conditions for accepting returns

  • items must not have been worn, washed, ironed or treated in any way;
  • the single-use security seal and the authenticity tag must be perfectly intact and never removed;
  • all labels, fabric and hanging, must be in place;
  • items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, adequately packaged;
  • footwear and accessories must be returned in their original box, which is an integral part of the product and must not be damaged or used as outer packaging.

Faulty goods or shipping errors

Inspect the parcel upon delivery: if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, sign with reservation or refuse the delivery. In case of faulty items or shipping errors, contact us immediately at eshop@brancaccioshop.com: the return is free and the replacement or refund is handled with priority. We may request photographic evidence to support the report.

Returns not accepted

The return may be refused, or the refund proportionally reduced, in the following cases: removed or tampered security seal; used or damaged items; missing labels; returns not previously authorised or shipped without our instructions.

Items excluded from returns

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of underwear and swimwear. Gift cards cannot be returned.
