Shipping policy

We ship to Italy and all European Union countries with a tracked and insured express courier. Delivery in Italy within 2 working days of dispatch (within 3 for Sicily, Sardinia and the smaller islands), and within 3-5 working days across the European Union.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over €100 in Italy and over €150 in the other European Union countries. Below these thresholds, the shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Processing and delivery

Paid orders are processed within 2 working days; orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are handled from Monday. When your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with the tracking code. All shipments are covered by free insurance against theft and accidental damage, valid until delivery. Prices include VAT: no duties or additional customs charges apply to deliveries within the European Union. We currently do not ship outside the European Union.

Upon delivery

Please inspect the parcel before signing the delivery note: if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, sign with reservation or refuse the delivery, and report it to us right away at eshop@brancaccioshop.com so we can activate the insurance cover.

Returns

Returns are always free within 30 days of delivery, with a prepaid label at our expense: see the refund policy for the full procedure.
